Variables and data types

int, float, double, string, LPCWSTR and HGDIOBJ. Nobody can remember these names! DDP solves this problem with easy to remember German datatype names.

DDP has the following data types: Zahl (long), Kommazahl (double), Buchstabe (char), Text (string), Wahrheitswert (bool) und Listen (list) Attention: With lists you also have to pay attention to the spelling. It’s called Zahlen Liste, not Zahl Liste!

VS Code support

With the official VS Code extension, you can easily write DDP without even knowing how to spell!

There is also sematic highlighting, so you can actually read your code and much more.

Using the language server it’s possible to write extension for other editors
